Requirements for a Full Refund

 

No Refunds on Downloaded media or E-Books. Items must be in new condition

 

NOTE: Attempting to repair any damaged items ON YOUR OWN AUTHORITY without direction form LG's Trading Post dose VOID any and ALL Refunds, Returns and/or Exchanges of any kind.

 

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

 

Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

 

Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

 

Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap

 

Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number Shoes and clothing, Jewelry must not be unworn and returned as sent

 

Shipping and handling charges for returning items are the buyers cost, they will not be refunded

 

Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a track able shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

 

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a track able method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you

You may return any new computer, phone, blue tooth, smart watch, etc. purchased. That is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 30 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

 

Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in nu-sellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged.

We will not accept returns of any Kind more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.

 

Sweet reminder: Any lingerie items, disposable and Clearance items that have been used do not qualify for a return or exchange.

Automotive Items

If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by LG’s Trading Post.com that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, LG’s Trading Post will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Baby Items

Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)

• Collectible items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a tractable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.

• All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

• Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

• Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins

• You must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.

• Items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a tractable shipping method.

• Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

• Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation.

• Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

• Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers (laptops & desktops)

• New desktop, laptops or tablets purchased from LG’s Trading Post.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

• LG’s Trading Post.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 35 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

• Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

• New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Fine Art

• Fine Art items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a tractable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.

• All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.

• Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.

• Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.

• Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

Games and Software Downloads

• Games and software downloads are not returnable after purchase. .

Handmade at LG's Trading Post Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

• You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt.

• Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

• If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected.

• All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Hazardous Materials

• Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to LG’s Trading Post.

• Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry & Watches

• Jewelry and watch items with a value of $75 or more should be returned using a tractable shipping method.

Live Plants or Insects Fresh flowers live indoor plants or insects are not returnable to LG’s Trading Post, and are not refundable.

• Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition.
